French company based in Aix-en-Provence, CrossCall is the creator of the outdoor mobile technology market which offers unique waterproof mobile Action phones & smartphones. For the development of their sales and to increase their footprint on the Mobile Phone Market in Europe, CrossCall started a partnership with Impact Sales & Marketing some years ago in France and now also in Belgium-Luxemburg.


Our mission is to help CrossCall to sell more by continuously improve the product knowledge of Retailer instore staff’s and encouraging them to become real brand advocates to recommend CrossCall to the defined target group.

Impact Sales & Marketing sets up and manage a Field Team of Sales professionals passionate about the electro market and about the CrossCall brand. By use of our training & advocacy programmes, they visit all Electro stores in Belgium-Luxemburg to ensure to get the store staff informed, engaged & excited to sell CrossCall products and increase brand awareness.



Impact Sales & Marketing also provide to CrossCall a tailor made CRM system & online Reporting platform to be able to monitor in real time the field performance against defined KPI’s and to deliver actionable insights of what happens in the field.
