Increase Yakult brand awarness via one-to-one communication and attract new consumers as much as possible. These are in a nutshell the objectives that we try to achieve yearly for Yakult.


A target of 100 degustations per in-store promotor/per day with a high conversion rate. We enable the consumers to try and experience the benefits that they can have by drinking daily a Yakult.

To reach an optimal result for Yakult, we have created the Brand Ambassador profile which is a unique hybrid role acting as sales representative during the week (Monday to Thursday) and as in-store promotor every Friday & Saturday to perform degustation’s.


In this way we create a huge synergy between the sales agreements done on the shop floor with store manager and the effective sales uplifts that are reached thanks to the instore degustation’s.


Thanks to our unique Brand Ambassador Team performing both 2 field activities (sales visits & in-store promotions), the credibility & trust of store managers and consumers in Yakult brand have been increased considerably and we also helped Yakult to have a better impact in the field leading to better results.
