To help SC Johnson grow their business in the Belux Retail Food market, SC Johnson was looking for a solid Field Sales Partner able to provide & manage a dedicated Field Sales Team to generate significant sales impact on the shop floor in the Retail Food market (F1/F2/F3).

 

The mission of this dedicated Field Sales Team is to constantly optimize the On Shelf Availability & Shelving of SC Johnson product assortments in store and to maximize the Promo Actions as well as negotiate local actions at store level.

As a leading multi-channel sales and field Marketing agency specialized in outsourced sales, merchandising & in-store demonstration, Impact Sales & Marketing proposed to:

  • Set up & manage a Dedicated Team of qualified & permanent Sales Representatives
  • Provide a powerful CRM system for efficient planning, instore data capturing & performance monitoring
  • Equip the Field Team with all necessary sales materials (Sales organizer, car, fuel card, tablet PC, Smartphone, POS material,…) and permanently coach, drive & empower them to achieve set targetsagainst pre-defined KPI’s (Sales Fundamentals)
  • Provide a web based best in class Business Intelligence tool that enable SC Johnson/Europromotion to access in real time visual instant dashboards to analyse performance status/evolution versus defined KPI’s and to take appropriate/corrective actions as well as define the future sales strategies
  • Deliver daily sales support to the Field Team and SC Johnson and come up with recommendations & actions plans to further increase impact on the shopfloor
