In order to be highly visible in the Belgian Retail Market (F1/F2/F3) and increasing their sales in store, AB InBev was looking for a solid and reliable Merchandising Partner to provide and manage a dedicated Merchandising Team.

 

This Merchandising Team is responsible for the installations and maintenance of the promo’s, as well as refilling fridges and maintenance of AB InBev’s Mobile Beer Racks.

As a leading multi-channel sales and field Marketing agency specialized in outsourced sales, merchandising & in-store demonstration, Impact Sales & Marketing proposed to:

  • Set up & manage a large dedicated team of qualified & permanent merchandisers
  • Set up & manage a fixed remodeling team with an online booking tool
  • Have 4 Field Coordinators to:
    • Train AD HOC merchandisers
    • Monitor performances of the fixed team
    • Coach merchandisers to make us of opportunities (supporting M1 AB InBev)
  • Equip the team with all the necessary POSM (affiches, banderol, displays …) to achieve the defined KPI’s and increase the visibility of AB InBev
  • Provide a web based Business Intelligence tool that enable AB InBev/IMPACT to access in real time visual instant dashboards to analyse performance status/evolution versus defined KPI’s and to take appropriate/corrective actions as well as define the future merchandising targets
